As demand explodes in gyms, spas, wellness clinics, and luxury homes, we’re expanding our dealer network and scaling a performance-driven affiliate program. What You’ll Do Focus Area Core Duties Grow the Dealer Network • Own the full cycle: prospect → demo → close multi-unit sauna orders.• Conduct 30 outbound calls/emails daily, book discovery calls, and maintain a 3× pipeline coverage.• Build targeted lists of gyms, spas, boutique hotels, chiropractors, and wellness retailers.• Present clear ROI and financing options; negotiate pricing, freight, and MAP compliance.• Track activity and forecast revenue in HubSpot; submit weekly pipeline and wins/losses reports. Manage & Upsell Existing Dealers • Act as main point of contact for assigned dealers—train staff, launch promos, and troubleshoot issues.• Drive reorder cadence, bundle add-ons (e.g., red-light panels), and boost average order value.• Host quarterly product-knowledge webinars and in-person showroom visits.• Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time shipping and seamless after-sale support. Build & Run the Affiliate/Influencer Program • Identify, vet, and recruit high-fit affiliates and influencers; negotiate commission tiers and deliverables.• Supply tracking links/codes, creative assets, and ongoing performance coaching.• Monitor clicks, conversions, and ROI in HubSpot affiliate platform; deliver weekly dashboards.• Celebrate wins with shoutouts, bonus incentives, and case-study spotlights. Additional Key Responsibilities • Represent Health Mate at 5–6 trade shows or industry events per year (travel required).• Provide competitive intel and customer feedback to product and marketing teams.• Collaborate with in-house creatives on sales collateral, landing pages, and dealer toolkits.• Stay current on wellness trends, regulatory changes, and financing programs that affect buyers. What Success Looks Like Consistent 30-call / 30-email daily cadence and a robust pipeline. $20k in monthly affiliate revenue by month 6. Year-one earnings in the $100k–$135k range for top performers. You’ll Need to Succeed Must-Have Nice-to-Have 2 yrs B2B new-business sales with cold outreach Experience selling fitness, wellness, or spa equipment Proven record of beating quota Knowledge of infrared, red-light, or biohacking tech CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) Affiliate-marketing or influencer-relations background Persuasive phone & email communicator Existing network in gyms/spas/wellness markets Self-starter who owns the number Data-driven reporting skills (Google Sheets, dashboards) Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $50,000 / yr Uncapped Commission: realistic OTE $100k–$135k Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO & paid holidays Schedule & Location: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm (1-hr lunch) in our Orange County HQ (remote) Company-provided PC, phone allowance, and on-site sauna perks Company Description Established in 1979, Health Mate has held a philosophy geared toward wellness, technology and the sustainable harnessing of natures resources.
