LABORATORY ANALYST - MATERNITY LEAVE

We're looking for a motivated and detailed- oriented Laboratory Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract as maternity cover. This role plays a key part in supporting the development of new products and optimizing existing processes through laboratory analysis and testing. Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in company-wide initiatives related to safety and safe behaviors (e.g., Safety Behavior, 60-Second Checks, PSM) Support the development of surfactant-related projects in collaboration with the Technical Director Assist in creating and updating technical and instrumental procedures Carry out product synthesis in the lab under the guidance of the Technical Director Provide backup support to the Quality department for microbiological testing Manage and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure ongoing functionality Prepare detailed reports and documentation of laboratory activities Your Profile: Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field Even minimal experience in a similar laboratory setting is appreciated Strong organizational skills, especially in managing time and meeting deadlines Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills Contract & Compensation: This is a fixed-term position covering a maternity leave. Compensation will be based on experience and aligned with internal salary bands. Full training on onboarding will be provided.
