Senior level Project Manager - utility scale solar

A highly respected and rapidly growing IPP is seeking an experienced Project Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale solar PV projects in Northern Italy. Based in Milan or Rome , you will report directly to the Head of Construction and play a key role in managing medium-voltage (MV) solar projects from pre-construction through to commissioning. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones, quality, safety, and budget targets are met Manage subcontractors, site teams, and construction partners Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and permitting teams Monitor progress and report regularly to the Head of Construction Ensure compliance with Italian construction regulations and grid connection requirements Requirements: 5 years’ experience in solar PV construction, ideally utility-scale projects Strong knowledge of MV electrical systems Fluent in Italian and English Willingness to travel to project sites across Northern Italy This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven IPP at the forefront of Italy’s energy transition
