Prospect Conversion : Use a solution-selling approach to understand client needs and convert prospects into active customers. Sales Presentations : Deliver clear, compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of the companys services. Forecasting & Pipeline Management : Manage CRM pipeline data accurately to ensure consistent revenue flow and meet targets. Client Onboarding & Training : Facilitate a smooth implementation process for new accounts, including system training and service integration. Performance Monitoring : Track key KPIs including bad-debt, claims ratios, and service level performance to ensure client satisfaction. Market Intelligence : Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and monitor pricing trends to position the company competitively.
