Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer – Offshore Gas (Netherlands) Are you a driven Mechanical Engineer with a passion for maintaining critical offshore equipment in a high-stakes environment? This role offers the chance to be the go-to expert for static and rotating mechanical systems (excluding turbines) within a major offshore gas operation. You’ll lead maintenance planning in SAP (CMMS), solve equipment failures with data-backed insight, and directly interface with both offshore teams and key stakeholders. From managing contractor execution to initiating modification studies, your role will span safety, compliance, and long-term equipment integrity. In this position, you’ll: Analyze failures and implement maintenance improvements. Supervise offshore teams and optimize contractor performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reliability and cost-efficiency. Operate in a fast-paced, evolving offshore environment.
