Senior Quality Engineer

We're Hiring: Pega-Enabled Quality Engineer (QE) Location: Utrecht, Netherlands Working Model: Hybrid (min. 2 days onsite – more is preferred) Language Requirement: Dutch – B2 level (C1 accepted in exceptional cases) Role Overview Key Responsibilities Design and implement test strategies for Pega applications. Perform hands-on testing (automation, functional, API). Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables. Lead continuous improvement of QE tooling and practices. Promote a quality-first culture across Agile teams. Participate in sprint demos and report visible quality metrics. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with automation tools : Selenium, Postman, JMeter Proficient in API and functional testing methodologies Hands-on knowledge of Pega testing frameworks and tools Financial services domain knowledge ( CDD/KYC/CLM is a plus) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Growth mindset; effective in culturally diverse teams Interested or know someone who fits?
