The role - Negotiate a variety of complex technology, IP, licensing, SaaS and data agreements to provide services, including product licenses, managed services agreements, and redistribution arrangements. - Contribute to and advance special projects, including developing templates, policies and procedures to make internal processes more efficient or to license new business opportunities. Background - 10 years working within technology, software or data - Common law qualified - Experience working with sales and marketing teams
