Operations Manager

Base Salary : £100k base, Genuine Equity, Fully Expensed Senior Executive Car, Family Healthcare, Generous group and personal bonus, Pension. Location : UK Sector : Utilities/Engineering/Power Our client is one of the UK’s leading HV contractors delivering solutions to the UK power market-transformer station, substation, transmission and distribution networks. Having secured a significant order intake, they are seeking a Operations Leader to lead and enhance their level of project leaders within the UK and Europe. The Role Reporting to the UK Managing Director you will have total responsibility for an existing team of project managers and multiple project delivery, ensuring quality and HSE compliance (essential). You will be the key interface with their project delivery and the Board, will ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Will develop a Project delivery team that will be recognised as the “the ones to beat”. Will be experienced in managing an Operation P&L. The Person Ideally engineering degree qualified you will have a minimum of 10 years power sector overhead line experience in the UK or at an international location. An exceptional Operational Leader you will be comfortable leading project managers and liaising with a demanding client base.
