Street lighting Electrician

Your new company Hays are recruiting on behalf of a respected maintenance contractor in Paisley for askilled Street Lighting Electrician tosupport their Highways Team. Your new role You'lltake responsibility for the installation, maintenance and repair of streetlighting across the area. Work includes fault diagnosis, replacement oflanterns and columns, safe electrical connections, and ensuring compliance withcurrent regulations. You will be working: Monday to Thursday, 08:00-16:00; Friday, 08:00-15:30 Standby Friday - Friday with additional call out rates What you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Street lighting experience preferred G39 certification and IPAF license advantageous Strong safety awareness and practical knowledge Valid UK driving licence What you'll get in return 24.80 per hour PAYE Additional standby and call-out allowances Weekly pay through Hays Supportive team environment Long-term prospects for the right candidate What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
