They are currently seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor to join their growing Commercial department. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team. Responsibilities of Construction Solicitor: · Provide clear, strategic legal advice to a broad client base. · Manage your own contentious construction caseload. · Handle claims involving construction, engineering, energy, and professional negligence. · Conduct adjudications, arbitrations, litigation, and mediation. · Maintain accurate case files and comply with data protection and file management standards. · Actively participate in business development activities. Requirements for Construction Solicitor: · 4 years PQE in construction law, with strong contentious experience. · Strong litigation and contractual dispute resolution skills. · Proven ability to manage caseloads independently and meet billing targets. · Excellent communication and client relationship skills. · Proficiency in legal IT systems and a proactive approach to ongoing learning.
