Example Recruitment Group have an amazing opportunity for a Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineer that has come available to work for one of the UK`s best property services and facilities maintenance companies with some well-established and long-standing relationships across both the private and public sector. The Role: Basic salary: £42,000-£43,000basic salary plus call-out & overtime Hours: 8am-5:30pm - 42.5-hour week Loads of Call-out available over different contracts: Door to door paid on overtime time on a case-by-case basis????????? Call-out 1 in 2 weeks on private sector contract Call-out 1 in 4 day by day on Social Housing work £50 - completed job & £40 incomplete job Very high earning potential All appointments pre-booked Job skills needed: Servicing and Breakdowns within domestichousing associationproperties Must be strong in areas including breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics, repair work on domestic boilers and heating systems Gas boiler and appliance checks Requirements: Experience in servicing and breakdowns of gas boilers and appliances ACS qualifications required: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT or CEN1 and WAT1 Full UK Driving Licence Clean DBS Benefits of the role: 22 days holidayallowance plus bank holidays Birthday rises 1 day per year by a days holidays up to 25 days holiday entitlement Company Pension A fully maintained company vehicle(available forprivateuse as well) We cover all parking fees and work-related expenses.
