Contracts Manager

Clarkson Owens recruitment are excited to be working with a leading main contractor who are looking to bring on a contracts manager due to a number of new projects/ clients. This is a family owned company with a strong presence throughout the central belt and a great reputation, specialising in new build commercial and leisure developments, such as distilleries, warehouses, hotels, industrial estates etc. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years operating as either a contracts or project manager dealing with multiple projects simultaneously. You should have experience working on projects from the ground up. In return a competitive salary plus one of the market leading bonus schemes will be on offer.
