Site Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious refurbishment project in the heart of Elgin . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected construction company on a high-profile development that blends heritage, quality craftsmanship, and modern standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel effectively. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery. Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations and site compliance. Maintain accurate project records, site diaries, and reports. About You: Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or heritage projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety legislation, and project programming. SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. Desirable: Experience working on listed buildings or conservation-led refurbishment projects.
