Program Manager

The Engineering Division of RANDSTAD PROFESSIONAL Leaders Search & Selection is specialized in the search & selection of middle & senior management profiles . On behalf of our client, a multinational company operating in the plastic parts manufacturing, we are looking for a: PROGRAM MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional plastic parts manufacturing programs from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and international customers, ensuring that all project objectives are delivered on time, within scope and within budget in compliance with industry standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead full program lifecycle management, from initial planning through development, validation, industrialization, launch, and post-launch support; Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and sales; Define project scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies; Serve as the primary interface with customers and international stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables and expectations; Ensure program milestones, KPIs, and quality targets are met; Manage change requests and handle technical and commercial escalations; Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership and customer management teams; Ensure compliance with target industries standards (IATF 16949, ISO 26262, APQP, PPAP, etc.). REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering; Experience within a program management function (3-5 years) in the plastics molding industry or related manufacturing sector; Strong project management skills, including proficiency with MS Project, Gantt charts, and risk analysis tools; Willingness to travel internationally as required; Fluent English is mandatory. SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED: Highly proactive, flexible, self-motivated, driven and results-oriented; Excellent leadership skills, adaptability and resilience; Good communication and decision-making skills; Motivation, trust building and conflict management. Salary Package : The salary will be between 45K and 55K and, in any case, will be commensurate with the candidate’s current salary LOCATION : Near Novara - 1/5 Smart Working According to current legislation, the job offer is intended for both sexes (L. 903/77).
