Description As a Logistics Medewerker, you will be the backbone of day-to-day warehouse operations in Utrecht. You will: Receive, check, and process incoming deliveries from international suppliers Pick and pack outgoing customer orders with precision and speed Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and system updates Organize the warehouse and ensure it remains tidy, safe, and well-structured Coordinate with the Australian HQ and local courier services to ensure smooth logistics Flag any delivery or stock issues and help resolve them efficiently Support the small local team with operational and logistic tasks as needed Profile Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail stock handling Hands-on, reliable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes (within reason) Detail-oriented with basic computer/system skills (experience with WMS is a plus) English fluency is required; Dutch is a bonus Available for 20 hours per week, ideally spread across 3-4 days Job Offer Part-time role (20 hours per week) with flexible working hours Chance to work in a growing international fashion brand with a creative culture Informal team atmosphere with autonomy and trust Centrally located warehouse/office in Utrecht, easily reachable by public transport €13-€18 per hour depending on experience Travel allowance, holiday pay, and discounts on fashion collections
