Head of Supply Chain - Retail & E-Commerce (Temporary)

A leading e-commerce player in the Benelux is looking for an Interim Head of Supply Chain to lead their supply chain operations during the peak retail season (Black Friday, Sinterklaas, Christmas). This is a full-time assignment from September 1st to November 30th, 2025, based in the Netherlands (hybrid working possible). Key responsibilities: Lead and inspire five supply chain teams across demand forecasting, ordering, inbound flow, inventory management, and performance analysis; Ensure end-to-end supply chain readiness ahead of peak sales periods; Own and optimize the S&OP process, in close collaboration with logistics, buying, pricing, and financial planning teams; Drive improvements in product availability, working capital, and operational efficiency; Act as a strong partner to other Heads within Retail and Logistics to align priorities and strategies.
