Materials Management Analyst – Unique Healthcare Supply Chain Role Location: Eindhoven | Full-time (40 hrs) or part-time (32–36 hrs) We’re hiring for a rare and rewarding opportunity in healthcare supply chain — one that blends physical inventory management with data-driven analysis to directly support patient care. This role is based on-site at a major hospital in Eindhoven , embedded within a small, agile team that manages materials for a high-demand clinical department. You’ll be ensuring the right equipment is available for procedures — and using data insights to help improve how care is delivered. What makes this role stand out? It’s a hybrid of logistics and analytics — ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on work and problem-solving with data You’ll work closely with clinical staff in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment You’ll wear hospital scrubs and be part of the care setting — not just behind a desk Flexible working hours (32–40/week) and adaptable start times (standard 7am–3pm) What we’re looking for: 4–7 years’ experience in a hospital, Cath Lab, or supply chain/logistics role Strong analytical mindset — you enjoy working with data and spotting trends Native-level Dutch (essential for communication in time-sensitive situations) Comfortable with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and general computer literacy A service-oriented, proactive mindset — always putting the patient first Interview Process: 2 stages — initial Teams call followed by an on-site interview and shadowing session.
