Electrical Site Manager Social Housing Greater Manchester £45k (DOE) Company Vehicle Benefits Permanent, Full-Time Are you an experienced Electrician or Supervisor ready to step up into a Site Manager role? Or are you an established Site Manager with a strong electrical background looking to make a real impact in the social housing sector? Were working with a respected contractor delivering planned maintenance works across social housing properties in Greater Manchester. This is a hands-on, permanent position offering excellent progression and the chance to lead by example on a long-term contract. About the Role: Youll play a key role in the delivery of planned works, with a particular focus on kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring electrical testing and second fix works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Your day-to-day will involve: Managing and developing a small team of operatives Supporting the delivery of domestic electrical testing & second fix works Ordering and managing materials on site Assisting with the programming and planning of works Liaising with tenants, clients, and subcontractors Contributing to costing/pricing and commercial oversight of jobs Ensuring compliance with all H&S and NICEIC standards About You: Qualified Electrician (18th Edition essential, testing & inspection highly desirable) Previous site-based experience in social housing, planned works or maintenance Confident leading or mentoring operatives on site Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness Keen to develop your career in site/project management Full UK driving licence This role is ideal for an Electrical Supervisor or Working Foreman ready to take the next step, or for an existing Electrical Site Manager who wants to be part of a values-led team delivering meaningful work in local communities.
