The Opportunity: Technician Rework Reporting to the department Supervisor, you will be required to support production with SMT rework, modifications, hand builds and any other repairs. This includes using rework equipment, X-ray and inspection equipment, and soldering irons for fine-pitched components.Our rework requirements range from SMT rework to complex BGA replacement & track repairs. We will match you with the rate/department that best suits your rework proficiency.Occasionally, as a Technician, you may be required to work in other areas, soldering or assembling production units as needed. Requirments - Technician Rework Competent soldering skills – down to 0201 surface mount component size Proven experience in SMT rework Proven experience in conventional Through Hole rework Read and interpret Drawings, Diagrams and Bills of Materials Maintain high housekeeping standards BGA rework, Track repairs, & Modifications will be a distinct advantage.
