Taylor Root is delighted to be working with a leading international law firm on a new opportunity within its top-tier Real Estate Disputes team. This highly ranked team is known for handling complex, high-value disputes across the commercial real estate sector. Acting for a broad range of stakeholders—including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and financiers—the team advises on a wide spectrum of contentious property matters including complex big-ticket disputes, development-related disputes, rights of light, easements, possession claims, professional negligence, business rates, compulsory purchase, and landlord and tenant issues. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and high-performing group, working on strategically important matters that often involve novel legal issues and significant commercial impact. The team is also known for its advocacy-led approach and offers in-house Higher Rights training as part of its development programme. Key responsibilities: Manage and deliver a broad range of real estate disputes work Support senior lawyers and supervise junior team members Build and maintain strong client relationships Contribute to business development, training, and internal initiatives Candidate profile: England & Wales qualified solicitor with ideally 1–3 years’ PQE in real estate disputes (other levels will be considered) Strong academic background and excellent legal, drafting, and negotiation skills Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading team at the forefront of real estate litigation. Salary: circa £145,000–£155,000 plus bonus and benefits.
