It’s ideal for those who are confident communicators, comfortable managing a varied caseload, and excited to work collaboratively in a supportive team. A bit about the job: You’ll be joining our market-leading Claims division, handling Public and Employers Liability claims with efficiency and empathy. Your role will involve investigating claims, making accurate liability decisions, and delivering excellent service to our customers, brokers, and solicitors. You’ll take ownership of your caseload, prioritising effectively to meet changing demands and ensure timely resolutions. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Experience handling liability claims or working in a similar insurance environment Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written Ability to analyse information and make sound decisions Comfortable working independently and managing your own caseload Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting Flexible Shift pattern between 7am- 7pm Monday – Friday We support smart working, so once you’ve successfully completed your training and are fully prepared, this role will transition to a hybrid model where you will spend 50% of your time in the office and the remaining 50% working from home. We offer flexible working hours with our standard 35-hour full-time contracts, and options for part-time working. Salary is £25,100 to £28,500 depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications Part time working patterns and flexible working options can also be considered Career Progression Model Hybrid working model – mix of working from home and in the office.
