Senior Quantity Surveyor

Working closely alongside directors, other team members and leading a small team to success, you will be providing professional advice to clients across a range of multi-discipline commercial projects. This includes: residential developments, large government contracts for education settings, co-living projects and many more. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor for this client you’ll be Managing tasks and deliverables alongside the client and wider project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the projects Administering a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow and ensuring that applications are made correctly and in a timely manner Collaborating with teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPI's and objectives including programme performance, cost control and value engineering Ensuring all final accounts are negotiated and agreed Ensuring projects comply with applicable statutory and regulatory legislation Risk management Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed quality standards ensuring high levels of satisfaction Ideal Candidate MRICS.
