Interim Finance Business Partner

Overview We are seeking 2x immediately available Finance Business Partners or Finance Analysts for an initial 3-6 month fixed term contract focusing on sales and margin analysis and commercial business partnering. Your ability to collaborate effectively with non-financial teams will be key, as you'll be instrumental in guiding them to deliver on their financial goals. Job Duties Providing robust financial analysis and insights to support commercial teams. Conducting sales, margin and profitability analysis to identify opportunities and risks. Assisting with budget and forecast planning. Business partnering with non-financial stakeholders to drive understanding and accountability. Supporting the evaluation of commercial proposals. Monitoring performance and providing commentary on variances. Driving process improvements. Experience This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant with a track record of turning data into actionable insights in a FMCG, retail or wholesale environment. This is a hybrid contract so you'll need to be able to commute to Swindon 2-3x per week on average for the duration of the contract.
