Finance Manager

A successful and fast-growing services business in the logistics and fulfilment sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal role within the finance function, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to lead key financial processes while supporting strategic decision-making. As Finance Manager, youll play a key role in delivering timely, accurate financial reporting and actionable insight. You'll be responsible for overseeing management accounts, forecasting, and analysis, while also managing overseas teams handling AP/AR and bank reconciliations. This role sits at the heart of the finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver management accounts (incl. fixed assets, prepayments, intercompany & loan reconciliations) Lead variance analysis and profitability reporting Produce detailed cashflow forecasts and identify risks Oversee payroll processes and liaise with external providers Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE, P11d, and statutory filings Manage finance operations (AP/AR and reconciliations) The Ideal Candidate: Professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or qualified by experience) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational abilities Experience managing or overseeing international/offshore teams is a bonus Confidence working in a fast-paced, growing business Interested?
