Contract: Part-time (3 days a week) | Training Provided Are you passionate about making a real difference in a childs life? Were looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive 1:1 SEN Support Practitioner to join a nurturing team this September. In this rewarding role, youll be providing dedicated one-to-one support to a child with complex needs in an amazing nursery setting. Youll play a key part in shaping their early education journey and helping them flourish in a safe, inclusive environment. ?? What You'll Be Doing: Providing individualised care and support for a child with complex needs, including learning how to assist with feeding (full training provided). Planning and delivering a tailored curriculum that supports the childs developmental goals. Building a trusting partnership with the childs family, including leading regular parent meetings . Liaising with external agencies (e.g. speech and language therapists, healthcare professionals) to ensure a joined-up approach to care. Working collaboratively with the friendly nursery team to create a warm, stimulating learning environment. ?? What We're Looking For: A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Experience in early years or SEN settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
