Electrical Contracts Manager

The client Our client is an established MEP contractor who has been operating within the Wiltshire area for over 50 years. They have amassed a reputation for delivering a mixed variety of interesting projects in the local area ranging from Healthcare, Heritage, and High-end residential, to large scale commercial and industrial. The role As part of their ongoing growth, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their operations team and take responsibility for managing the electrical delivery across two major Midlands-based projects ranging from £1m to £4m. Youll be supported by an experienced in-house team and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of installation, commissioning, and quality assurance on site. The business focuses on self-delivery, giving you greater control over programme, cost, and safety outcomes. The requirements You will have experience managing electrical works within a building services or M&E contracting environment and will have delivered projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, or large commercial builds. Youll have a strong technical background in electrical engineering (apprenticeship or HNC-level qualification preferred), and the confidence to lead teams and represent the business to clients and other stakeholders. The package Salaries are offered in the region of £50,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience), with flexibility for the right individual.
