Job Title: Community Occupational Therapist (Band 6) Location: West Sussex Duration: 3 months (potential to extend) Schedule: Full-time (Mon–Fri), part-time considered Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Rate of Pay: £25–£26 per hour Contact: Hannah Khalique – / What You’ll Be Doing: Join our team as a Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting adults in the community to regain and maintain independence. In this role, you will: Perform comprehensive patient assessments Create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise functional outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care Maintain accurate, professional clinical records Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A current and valid HCPC registration Previous NHS or community-based experience , ideally with adults Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills The ability to manage a varied caseload independently A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (car driver essential) A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers flexibility and requires availability from Monday to Friday , with part-time hours considered.
