Interim Operations Director

HW Interim Solutions are looking to appoint an Interim Operations Director for our privately run healthcare client. Reporting directly to the MD, you will play a key role in navigating a period of transformation and change as the business grows and expands. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in operational excellence and transformation & change within a growth environment. They will have worked in private healthcare businesses, with a demonstrable history of working at a pace of change, coupled with deep expertise of multi-site operations. This role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead, whilst being hands on. This opportunity is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract .
