In this role, you will: perform comprehensive patient assessments create and implement personalised care plans deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across medical and surgical wards maintain accurate patient records Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: a current and valid GPhC registration NHS experience in clinical ward settings (medical and/or surgical wards) strong communication and interpersonal skills the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday.
