Job Description: The Forklift Operator role involves operating multiple types of forklift equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count product within a warehouse environment. -Forklift experience required on single double unai carrier, sit down, and stand up reach crown forklifts Don’t wait! Pay Range: $19.50–$22.00 per hour Shift: First Shift – Monday to Friday 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM Second Shift – Monday to Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Third Shift – Monday to Friday 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Operate Equipment Safely and Efficiently -Use sit-down, clamp, cherry picker, and reach forklifts to move product throughout the warehouse -Follow safety procedures and best practices during all equipment operation -Unload inbound shipments and place products into storage -Load and unload trailers with care to avoid product damage -Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock rotation -Maintain accurate records and follow proper documentation processes Job Requirements: -Minimum of 6 months recent experience operating single double, sit down, and stand up reach crown forklifts -Forklift certification on single double, sit down, and stand up reach crown forklifts -High School Diploma or GED required -Proficient in basic math and computer use (Excel preferred) -Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for 10–12 hours -Comfortable in variable temperature environments -Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety -Reliable transportation Benefits: -Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for employees and their families -Retirement Plans: A 401k with employer matching -Voluntary benefits: Life, accident, and disability products available for employee and dependents Bonus Eligibility: Referral Bonus: Earn $100 for every successful forklift referral after they complete 80 hours of work. -No limit on the number of referrals. -Managers confirm referrals during interviews to ensure bonus eligibility.
