JOB ROLE Overall responsibility for the ghdhair.com/it e-commerce site, in terms of both turnover and margins Primary focus: defining and implementing commercial plans, implementing e-commerce campaigns and periodic reporting, coordinating daily with the Performance Marketing team and local agencies used to achieve results Direct management and coordination of the dedicated e-commerce team (1.5 FTE), constant teamwork with the Digital Performance team (2 dedicated FTE) and with the PR, Social & Influencer Marketing teams in order to define a 360° integrated strategy to enhance the brand and its potential Periodic coordination and alignment with the Global E-commerce and Digital teams, both for performance evaluation and to share best practices/tests from both local and other EU markets KEY ACTIVITIES Definition of a periodic (monthly) commercial plan in line with turnover and margin targets. Organising and managing workflow and reverse planning for website campaign 'go live' dates. Sharing and implementation of homepages, category pages, product pages, promotions, and special activities (SAP). Checking and following up on changes to website update processes. Monthly demand planning, forecasting and stock management in coordination with the Operations team. Close collaboration and alignment with the Digital Business and Consumer Marketing team on all major website campaigns and activities, such as new product launches, limited editions, consumer events and special promotions. Management of the e-commerce team: coordination of activities, ownership of various internal processes, delegation and definition of the professional growth of junior resources to increase their autonomy and proactivity. Management and routing of special customer care requests to the global team for resolution of e-commerce site issues. Weekly and monthly reporting on the monitoring of key KPIs. Market and competitor analysis. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE You will have a minimum of five years' experience in e-commerce, preferably in the premium sector (ideally beauty and fashion). Excellent teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset are essential. Experience in managing a team and dedicated resources is preferred. You will have excellent knowledge of Google Analytics 360 and similar analytical tools, and the ability to draw insights and define consequent action plans. Experience of managing e-commerce platforms and uploading content. Proficient in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
