Supervisor

Ringway Infrastructure Services is seeking a Supervisor to join out Bracknell team and oversee highway maintenance activities as part of our Highways Term Maintenance Contract. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, supporting our local authority clients, and maintaining over 50,000 km of the UK’s highways network. Key Responsibilities: Supervise operatives performing routine highway maintenance works. Manage the Winter Gritting Service. Order materials and plant for scheduled works. Participate in the out-of-hours call-out supervision rota. Collaborate with other supervisors to deliver a range of highway services. Undertake both day and night work as required to meet operational needs. About You: We’re looking for a motivated individual with: A valid driving license (essential). Experience working on local authority highway contracts (preferred but not essential). Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively.
