Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial - Technology - 4-5 pqe – London Our client is in the data communications sector. To join their growing Legal team, this innovative business is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel with 4-5 years’ experience gained in house and within reputable private practice firms specialising in technology, media, and telecommunications. You will be commercially pragmatic and have deep understanding of the technology focused commercial and procurement (outsourcing, cloud software) matters. You will be confident leading multi-million pound deals and providing support pre and post contract. You will be given the opportunity to operate at a very senior level, including Senior Leadership Team, the Government and the Regulator to explain complex concepts in an accessible way. This may involve being able to step back and think through what the organisation and key stakeholder is trying to achieve. You may seek input from external counsel and key business partners to provide advice and counsel achieve objectives within a challenging stakeholder environment. You will thrive under some pressure and enjoy working in a supportive, collegial team. This will deepen your understanding of the business and build relationships with the team and stakeholders.
