Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage international freight movements across air, sea, and road. Liaise with carriers, agents, and customs to ensure timely and compliant shipments. Generate new business leads and actively follow up to convert opportunities into long-term clients. Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Prepare and manage shipping documentation, customs entries, and quotations. Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues or delays. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in freight forwarding or international logistics. Strong understanding of import/export procedures and documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts. A proactive approach to lead generation and business development. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
