Start date: Monday 28th July What You'll Do: Welcome new customers and help them get started Take detailed messages from customers Guide customers through the installation process Solve any issues that come up during onboarding Work with other suppliers to transfer contracts Pass calls to the right team members when needed Manage orders with our suppliers Coordinate with engineers to schedule installations What We're Looking For: Great communication and people skills Good at solving problems and paying attention to detail Able to juggle different tasks and stay organised Experience in customer service is a plus A team player who works well with others Contact our team today to hear more about this or other opportunities.
