Join Our Team as a Customer Service Administrator! Are you ready to make a difference in the medical and health industry? We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in Southampton! Role Details: Position: Customer Service Administrator Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Contract Length: 4 weeks Start Date: August 11, 2025 End Date: September 5, 2025 Working Pattern: Full Time What You'll Do: Be the Primary Contact: Act as the go-to person for orders, queries, and appointment coordination. Enhance Communication: Liaise effectively between customers and our business partners to support seamless service delivery. Handle Inbound Communications: Manage calls, emails, and letters with professionalism and a friendly demeanour. Order Processing: Process new and repeat orders for stock and bespoke orthotic products efficiently. Stock Management: Oversee stock movement and ensure timely delivery for patient appointments. Issue Escalation: Know when to escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or Manager. Appointment Coordination: Schedule and amend patient appointments to optimise clinic capacity and reduce delays. What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills with a cheerful and professional tone. A proactive attitude and a passion for patient care. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. Team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a medical or health setting, is a plus!
