Continuously testing and rotating creatives. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities. Conducting experiments to refine strategies and creative approaches. Contributing data-driven insights to the creative development process. Managing tracking, reporting and automation of campaign performance. Presenting actionable insights and performance results to key stakeholders. What You’ll Bring 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta and TikTok. Experience working with analytical systems (BI, Tableau or similar). Very good understanding of digital data analytics. Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets. Fluent proficiency in English. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Degree in engineering, computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience. Experience in beauty/wellness/health industry.
