This role is a 12-month parental leave cover.You will need to be a self-starter, always looking to take initiative and love working with a close-knit high performing team as you manage the administration of advertising campaigns and respond to client needs as required. You will support and work closely with Sales Executives and management, servicing the needs of Adelaide’s Media agencies!Day to day you will: Be involved in Sales and Campaign management Create and update financial reports Manage communication with clients and ensure that work is delivered on timeWork with our market research team to assist in the analytical side of the businessLiaise with internal stakeholders including editorial, production, other sales teams, commercial innovation, commercial operations moreQualificationsYou will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others.What you’ll bring:Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detailDemonstrated initiative and proactivityExcellent communication skills with professional personal presentation Computer literacy - Ideally with experience across both Microsoft and Google systems (eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation methods)Additional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
