Operations & Scheduling Coordinator

Are you highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and confident dealing with customers and crews? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business in the construction services industry that needs a proactive Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives in logistics, admin, or operations roles and is ready for a new challenge. What You’ll Be Doing Allocating and scheduling daily runs for truck drivers and plant staff Managing bookings, customer queries, and job sequencing Coordinating resources (e.g. pumps, light towers, testing) Entering job data, delivery dockets, and liaising with internal staff Supporting the site manager by taking workload off their plate Occasionally attending large or complex job sites (training provided) What We’re Looking For Experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations (construction/transport ideal) Strong communicator who can confidently deal with assertive customers Proficient with digital tools (e.g. monday.com or similar platforms) Self-starter who takes initiative and works well under pressure Reliable, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running What’s on Offer Overtime paid where applicable Career growth opportunities – potential to step into Ops Manager roles Full-time role with approx. 7:00am–4:30pm hours (some flexibility required) Supportive team environment with structured onboarding and training If you're ready to join a hardworking team and play a key role in daily operations, we want to hear from you.
