Company Description The Sustainable Agave Company upcycles residual agave waste from tequila production to create practical and sustainable biodegradable products, combating environmental damage. As an environmental leader, we focus on innovative plant-based processes. Our goal is to upcycle over 5,000,000 lbs of agave waste into exciting and practical biodegradable products. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Zapopan, JAL for an Order Management and Logistics Specialist. The Order Management and Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing and following up on orders from various sales channels (ecommerce, direct sales, and distributors), coordinating both domestic and international logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery. This role includes maintaining export documentation, tracking purchase orders, controlling transportation budgets, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order management, logistics, and product performance. Additionally, the specialist works closely with the Quality department to handle customer claims if any. Key Responsibilities: Process and follow up on orders from different sales channels: ecommerce, direct sales, and distributors. Coordinate logistics for order deliveries within the US, Canada, and internationally. Maintain and manage export-related documentation, based on Mexican and US regulations. Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Pass and work directly with production to promote the timely delivery of the POs Control and manage budgets related to transportation and logistics costs. Monitor and analyze KPIs associated with order management, logistics, and product performance. Handle customer claims in coordination with the Quality department. Collaborate with the Supply Chain coordinator for production and demand planning. Manage customer communication in diverse platforms for e-commerce Qualifications Entry-mid level - 1 or 2 years of experience. Order Management and Order Processing skills Analytical Skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Knowledge of export processes and customs documentation. Ability to manage multiple sales channels and coordinate with various departments. Skills in tracking KPIs and analyzing operational performance. Competence in budget management and control of logistics costs. Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team. Proficient in English for business communication Only resumes in english
