Akamai/CDN Solutions Engineer About the Role We’re seeking a highly skilled and curious engineer to join our team and take ownership of a complex Akamai environment while driving innovation across our CDN and cloud infrastructure. This role bridges Akamai delivery and WAF expertise with AWS integration and automation. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and optimize Akamai configurations (WAF, delivery stack, EdgeWorkers, etc.) Manage and improve convoluted Akamai environments Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve blockers Drive proactive architecture and solutioning Work closely with WAF and delivery leads Analyze tickets with a problem-solving mindset Participate in contract negotiation and future planning Collaborate with automation and AWS integration squads Prepare for and support a multi-CDN environment Tech Stack & Tools: Akamai Services : WAF, Bot Manager, NetStorage, AMDI, Cloud Monitor/Data Streams, EdgeWorkers, Image & Video Manager Networking : DNS, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP AWS : ALB, ELB, NLB, CloudFront, security groups Automation & IaC : Infrastructure-as-Code tools and scripting Languages : JavaScript (for EdgeWorkers) Qualifications: 5 years of experience in CDN, networking, or cloud infrastructure roles Deep understanding of Akamai services and delivery architecture Strong networking fundamentals Solid JavaScript skills for troubleshooting/custom scripting Experience with AWS networking components Passion for automation and infrastructure-as-code Excellent communication and collaboration skills Curious, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset Comfortable working in distributed teams (local and offshore) BENEFITS: 100% PayRoll 30 days of Christmas Bonus Familiar Medical Insurance Life Insurance Visual and Dental Insurance 15th Vacation Days 5 floating days Vacation Bonus of 70% Free Certifications HomeOffice Bonus $ Performance Bonus of 10% per month Food Vouchers Gym membership PTU (Utilities) Join us and live the experience of working in an excellent cultural environment.
