Job Description
Lib and Co. is a modern luxury lighting brand dedicated to designing and manufacturing elevated, custom lighting for residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces. We believe in the power of lighting to transform environments, and we bring that vision to life through meticulous craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to client service. About the Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented and agile Project Manager to join our team full-time in North York. This role is responsible for coordinating custom lighting projects from ideation to execution—serving as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and contractors. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and time management skills, a client-first mindset, and experience managing bespoke design or production workflows. Key Responsibilities • Manage custom lighting projects end-to-end, from client intake and concept development to final delivery. • Coordinate with clients to understand residential, commercial, or hospitality needs and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality control to meet deadlines and maintain high standards. • Work in partnership with designers, architects, and contractors to facilitate installation success. • Attend client meetings and site visits as required, including occasional travel for trade shows or project presentations. • Document and track all project milestones using internal systems (e.g., Excel, Business Central). • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to improve processes and implement best practices. Who You Are • Experienced in project management, preferably within the lighting, interiors, or design space. • Able to manage multiple fast-moving projects and adapt quickly to changes. • Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and contractors in a professional and proactive manner. • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Familiar with Microsoft Office and open to learning internal platforms. • Creative eye and understanding of lighting aesthetics is a bonus. • PM certification is not required—but relevant hands-on experience is essential. What Success Looks Like In the first 3–6 months, you’ll become deeply familiar with Lib and Co.’s products, processes, and client base. You’ll begin managing small to mid-sized custom projects independently and demonstrate growing ownership in coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communication with all stakeholders.
