Travel Pharmacist - $2,900 per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Phoenix, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pharmacist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/25/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Shift: Day – 4x10-hour shifts Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM On-Call: 2 hours of billing at standard bill rate per 24 hours on call. Any call-back time billed at standard rate until 48 hours is exceeded, then OT applies. Short Description Pharmacist role emphasizing patient and employee safety, medication management, regulatory compliance, and interdepartmental collaboration, aligned with Select Medical’s Core Values. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Successful completion of state-mandated requirements for licensure. Licensure: Current state pharmacist license. Certifications: BLS (if required by state). Experience: EPIC proficiency, medication reconciliation, antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation management. Soft Skills: Strong communication for patient/family counseling and interprofessional collaboration.
