German Inside Sales Representative

As a German Inside Sales Representative you'll be the key point of contact ensuring that our order processing, inventory management, logistics, and invoicing run seamlessly. In this versatile role, you'll work closely with our customers, distributors, logistics partners, and colleagues across different countries on a daily basis. Client Details Speak German? Description As a German Inside Sales Representative , you are the central point of contact to ensure that our order process, inventory management, logistics and invoicing run smoothly. You have daily contact with our customers, distributors, logistics partners and colleagues at home and abroad.Your tasks include (don't worry if you don't know everything yet - we're happy to teach you): Processing customer orders via e-mail and EDI Communicating delivery times and product information to customers Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouses in the Netherlands and Germany Organizing and planning transports Preparing invoices and supporting accounts receivable management Answering customer questions and handling complaints - both B2B and B2C Supporting our sales teams in Germany, France and the Netherlands with various commercial tasks Managing the sales and information mailboxes Help manage and improve our consumer webshop Profile Excellent command of German and English - both spoken and written, Dutch is a plus!
