The ideal candidate will bring expertise in caring for complex pediatric and cardiac patients, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric and cardiac patients, including post-cardiac surgery and step-down level care. Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions in collaboration with the healthcare team. Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for charting and patient documentation. Maintain compliance with all hospital protocols and safety regulations.
