Job Description
Master Meter, Inc., a leader in advanced water management solutions, is seeking a driven and accomplished Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role centers around increasing our market share and promoting our innovative product suite, including high-tech water meters and AMI systems, to utility companies across your designated region. The right candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relations, identifying market opportunities, and achieving sales targets in alignment with our conservation and efficiency goals. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the utility sector Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Manage regional sales staff and representatives, setting objectives, training, and monitoring performance Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k
