Babysitter wanted for childcare in Burlington

Hello, Im looking for a reliable babysitter starting from September. I have twins, and I need help mainly on weekends. My schedule isnt fixed, so flexibility is important. My twins are very different in nature, and one of them is on the autism spectrum. Thats why Im looking for someone with solid experience in caring for twins and children with autism. Patience, gentleness, and a hardworking attitude are essential qualities. Driving will be required, as Id like the kids to be taken out sometimes, so having strong driving experience is a must. In addition, light household tasks such as folding laundry and mild cleaning after the kids will also be part of the role. Punctuality is very important to me. Im offering $20/hour for the first 3 months as a probation period, with an increase to $25/hour for the right long-term candidate. If this sounds like a good fit for you, Id love to discuss further.
