POU Contracts Lead

Location: Paris, France (with occasional travel to Hamburg and Berlin, Germany) Contract Duration: September 2025 - September 2026 (renewable) We are seeking a skilled Foundations Contracts Lead (FOU) to support several offshore wind development projects in Germany. This role, based in Paris with regular coordination across international teams, will lead contract and procurement activities for the fabrication of foundations and transition pieces. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of contracts for offshore foundation supply packages, from tendering to close-out. Lead procurement activities including bid evaluations, commercial assessments, and supplier due diligence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, insurance, planning, engineering) to ensure alignment and risk mitigation. Administer contracts in accordance with internal processes, covering payment, claims, variations, and performance management. Support the definition and execution of procurement strategies, contractual interfaces, and approvals. Conduct market intelligence, supplier risk reviews, and compliance checks. Manage NDAs, supplier pre-qualifications, and contract interface planning. Utilise digital tools such as e-sourcing platforms, ERP systems, and reporting software to ensure effective procurement administration. Act as the focal point between the project team and central procurement stakeholders. Requirements: Strong background in Contracts & Procurement, ideally within offshore wind or large infrastructure projects. Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in business, engineering, procurement, or finance. Proven track record in managing international tenders, procurement regulations, and commercial risk. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), e-sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba), and Microsoft Office tools. Strong organisational skills and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills (French and/or German) are advantageous.
