Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. The Anaplan Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying model building solutions; leading analysis and design across finance, HR, supply chain, and sales, streamline the financial planning process, and drive better decisions, working closely with finance and controlling areas. Conducting structured integration testing internally and with users. Coordinating and delivering the functional requirements in-terms of standards and quality within time limits. Is mainly responsible for designing, building, and deploying Anaplan solutions. Often in close cooperation with the client’s finance team; Conducting structured testing internally and with users; Ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of consulting and/or industry experience Completion of coursework ( Egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks Advanced English level Preferred Strong analytical capabilities and previous experience developing data-driven analysis Must have had 1.5 years Hands on Modelling experience in ANPLAN projects, including implementations, upgrades, roll outs and/or support. Comfortable with creating Model, Modules, Lists, Line Items, Subsets, Line-Item Subsets, Usage of Calculation functions and dashboards using best practices. Been introduced or worked with, Integration methods and ALM within Anaplan. Ability to attend clients’ requests to understand their needs and then develop, maintain, and elaborate planning models. Anaplan Certification (Preferable L3) or Anaplan Solution Architect Certification is a plus. Assist to Conduct, Document and Signoff Business Requirement with clients. Perform the User stories and assist in Sprint Planning Consultative, analytical, and strategic capability, always thinking about what’s next and able to deliver a compelling business case for bringing new ideas forward. Participate in solution design discussions with key IT/Business partners to assess, develop and document requirements Secondary skills Familiarity in financial Planning Reporting platforms, SAP, SQL, Power BI, Oracle, Tableau, Access, and external systems.
