Job Summary: We are looking for a Transport Dispatch Planner to coordinate and optimize the dispatch of goods and transport resources. The role requires strong planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, schedule, and dispatch transport resources to ensure timely delivery of goods. • Monitor and adjust routes and schedules based on operational needs and constraints. • Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to resolve dispatch issues. • Track transport performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements. • Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports. • Ensure compliance with transport safety and regulatory requirements. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the dispatch and transport team. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Degree or training in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred. • Experience: 1–3 years in transport planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations (including internships/alternance). • Skills: ◦ Excellent organizational and scheduling skills. ◦ Strong communication in French & English; Chinese is a plus. ◦ Proactive, independent, and adaptable. • Technical: Familiarity with TMS (Transport Management Systems) or logistics software is advantageous. • Other: Based near Tournan-en-Brie; own vehicle preferred. Soft Skills: • Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. • Team collaboration and stakeholder management. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
